2. Types of data we collect
Account information: user ID, email, display name, login and session information.
Profile information: name, age, gender, dating preference, bio, hobbies, maximum search distance and premium status.
Photos and media: profile photo, story media, chat images, audio recordings, and in-call camera/microphone streams.
Face verification data: main profile photo and live check frames are processed to prevent fake profiles and bot accounts.
Location data: GPS location is used to show nearby users based on distance and can be updated during use.
Interaction data: likes, passes, matches, blocks, stories, messages, call signals and notification events.
Complaint and security data: report reasons, relevant messages, moderation decisions, ban/IP blocking records.
Payment data: Stripe transaction, session and subscription IDs. Card number, CVV and full payment information are not stored by Tiome.
Technical data: device ID, IP address, application version, error logs and anti-abuse logs.
3. Our purposes for using data
Data; Used for account creation, profile management, showing nearby contacts, matching, messaging, audio/video calling, stories, notifications, photo verification, complaint/moderation, premium payment verification, security, abuse prevention and legal obligations.
4. Sharing of data
Tiome does not sell personal data to advertising companies, data brokers or unrelated third parties. However, in order for the service to work, data may be shared or processed on a limited basis with other users, Google Firebase/Google services, Tiome live data server, Stripe, artificial intelligence verification/moderation infrastructure if active, notification services and, where legally required, competent authorities.
5. Location data
Tiome uses precise location data to show nearby users and drive maximum distance preference. The location is not shown to other users as exact coordinates; It appears as an approximate distance or distance tag within the app. Location data is not used for ad targeting or data selling.
6. Camera, microphone and photo permissions
Camera and photo access is used for profile photo, liveness check, story, chat media and video calling. Microphone access is used for voice calls, video calls, and voice messages. Permissions are requested when using the relevant feature.
7. Security
Whenever possible, data is transmitted using modern encryption methods such as HTTPS. Firebase security rules, authentication controls, access restrictions, data compression and abuse controls are used. No system is 100% secure.
8. Data storage and deletion
As long as the account is active, profile, photos, matches, messages, settings and security records can be stored. Stories are normally designed to be deleted after 24 hours. When the account is deleted, user data in active systems is attempted to be deleted. Technical backups, security logs or records under legal obligation may be stored for a limited time and then deleted or anonymized.
9. User rights
In accordance with applicable legislation, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to processing, limit processing, request a portable copy of the data and withdraw consent. For requests, you can contact info@denismedia.uk.
10. Children's privacy
Tiome is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from creating accounts.
11. International data transfer
Firebase, Stripe, hosting and other service providers may process data in different countries. In this case, the data is processed in accordance with the security and data processing conditions of the relevant service providers and the applicable data protection rules.
12. Policy changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. In case of significant changes, users can be informed within the application or through appropriate communication channels.
